## Junior Resource Development Officer

Hasoub is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Resource Development Officer to join our dynamic team. This part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our fundraising and grant management initiatives while working in a collaborative environment.

About the Role: As our Junior Resource Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our fundraising efforts and grant management processes. Working closely with the Resource Development Director, you'll engage in a variety of tasks that are essential to our organization's growth and sustainability.

## Initial part-time engagement (50%), with potential for future scale-up based on performance and organizational needs.

## Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential donors and funding opportunities.
- Manage donor contributions and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with fundraising and grant management regulations.
- Conduct data analysis and generate insightful reports.
- Prepare tailored grant proposals and donor communications.
- Assist the Resource Development Director in various capacities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve fundraising objectives.

## Qualifications

- Familiarity with fundraising or grant management. (advantage)
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
- Experience with civil society organizations. (preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Data analysis proficiency (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and google sheets.
- Excellent writing skills in English, and Hebrew.
